CADET IQ NCC — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cadetiqncc.in, the web app at app.cadetiqncc.in and the Cadet IQ NCC learning platform (together, the "Platform"), operated by Cadet IQ NCC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. WHAT CADET IQ NCC IS

Cadet IQ NCC is an independent online learning platform that provides study material, practice tests, audio notes, visual learning tools and an AI-based study assistant for candidates preparing for National Cadet Corps (NCC) certificate examinations — A, B and C Certificate (Army Wing).

Cadet IQ NCC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Directorate General of National Cadet Corps (DGNCC), the Ministry of Defence, or any government body. We do not conduct NCC examinations, issue NCC certificates, or influence any examination result. See section 11.

3. ELIGIBILITY

- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.

- If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

- You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

- Course access is granted to a single user only.

- One account may be active on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous device and sends you an email alert. If an account signs in on new devices more than 3 times in 30 days, the account is locked and you must contact support to unlock it.

- Sharing, reselling or transferring your login is strictly prohibited.

- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

5. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform — including notes, question banks, mock tests, audio, images, 3D models, video guides, design, code and the Cadet IQ NCC name and logo — is the property of Cadet IQ NCC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, download (except where a download option is provided), record, redistribute, resell, upload to other platforms, or use our content to train any machine-learning model.

To protect our content, study screens display a faint moving watermark containing your first name and the last four characters of your account ID, and text selection, copying and printing are disabled on study screens.

6. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

- Access is activated after successful payment confirmation.

- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect already-purchased courses.

- Your purchase is a one-time payment. There is no auto-renewal.

7. COUPONS AND BRAND COORDINATORS

- Coupon codes are issued to invited Brand Coordinators (senior cadets) who recommend the Platform to other cadets.

- A Brand Coordinator earns a commission on each sale made with their coupon code. Commission becomes payable after the 24-hour refund window for that sale has passed, and is paid weekly by UPI.

- Only one coupon code may be used per order. Coupon codes have no cash value and may be withdrawn if misused.

- A purchase made by a Brand Coordinator using their own coupon code does not earn commission.

8. REFUNDS

Refund requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The refund window is 24 hours from purchase.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its servers;

- upload or transmit viruses, malware or harmful code;

- scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content;

- share your account or help anyone else access paid content;

- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

- use the AI assistant for anything other than NCC exam preparation.

10. AI STUDY ASSISTANT

The AI assistant provides study help only. It can make mistakes, and its answers are not official NCC material. Always verify important facts from your NCC handbook or your unit. We may apply a daily usage limit, and the assistant may be unavailable at times.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS, NO OFFICIAL AFFILIATION

The Platform is a study aid. We do not guarantee selection, promotion, a particular grade, or success in any NCC examination. Your results depend on your own effort, your unit's training and the examination authority's decisions.

Cadet IQ NCC is an independent private platform. We are not associated with DGNCC, the Ministry of Defence, the Government of India, or any NCC unit. All syllabus references are based on publicly available official material and are provided for study convenience only.

12. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may add, change, suspend or remove features or content at any time. Content is released in phases; not all content is available immediately. We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadet IQ NCC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, share your login, copy or redistribute content, or attempt to abuse the Platform. Content access is removed immediately on termination and no refund is due in such cases.

15. COMMUNITY CONTENT (WHEN AVAILABLE)

If we introduce a community or stories feature, posts are text-only, are reviewed before publishing, and must not contain personal details, links, contact numbers, or any restricted or sensitive military information. We may remove content and ban accounts that break these rules.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chhattisgarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
